Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 11 am. We do not currently offer early check-in times. We do not offer daily cleaning services and only clean the unit once guests have checked out.

Safety & Wildlife Awareness
We have occasional wildlife sightings, including bears. Please review safety protocols by the National Park Service and never leave food outside during your stay. Please also review fire safety protocols by Nantahala Forest.

Guest Capacity & Behavior
Each cottage has a designated maximum number of guests allowed and will fit that number comfortably. Overnight guests will be allowed up to the maximum capacity of each cottage. Registered guests must be present in order for their guests to use the facilities and will at all times be responsible for their actions. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

Inside the Cabins
Please remove your shoes when you’re inside the cabins. There are cameras and noise monitors on the exterior of most of the cabins and campers, placed throughout the grounds, to ensure the safety and security of our guests. The cabins are treated by a pest control company, but we cannot prevent bugs, insects, flying creatures, etc., from entering. Doors and windows left open, food, and sugary drinks left outside attract them. We are in a rural location, and they are part of nature here. There will be no refunds due to bugs, insects, or wildlife seen inside or outside.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Each cottage will be cleaned after each guest. Unreasonable uncleanliness, messes, stains, or destruction of property will be subject to fines. Please scrape off the BBQ cooktop when finished with it. Do not use supplied bedding or towels outside under any circumstances.

Waste Disposal & Environmental Responsibility
Please do not place trash in fire rings. Garbage and trash should be placed in bags and disposed of in the dumpster. Garbage must be placed in proper bins on individual lots or in the designated garbage receptacle. Absolutely no littering will be tolerated.

Alcohol, Smoking, & Behavior
Alcohol may only be consumed on individual camping sites. No one may be on the resort while intoxicated. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume alcohol on the property. We do not allow smoking in any of our cabins or properties, but smoking is allowed on the grounds.

Children & Supervision
Children must be supervised by an adult or guardian at all times.

Property & Equipment
Any guest who willingly or negligently defaces, injures, destroys, or removes resort property or equipment shall be held liable for the full replacement cost. Absolutely no firearms are permitted on the resort.

Noise & Gatherings
No unreasonable noise is permitted. Quiet time is enforced at 10 pm. No large gatherings or parties are allowed without authorization and the proper insurance.

Parking & Vegetation
Parking is only allowed in designated parking spots. The gathering or cutting of live trees or other vegetation, including flowers, within the resort is prohibited.

The Fairy Tale Farm:

By entering the premises of Fairy Tale Farm at Magical Mountain Resorts, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, including but not limited to the assumption of risk and release of liability. This waiver applies to all guests, including minors, who enter the Fairy Tale Farm grounds.

Assumption of Risk
The Fairy Tale Farm is an interactive, outdoor adventure environment that may involve activities such as petting animals, exploring themed areas, and other recreational activities. As such, there are inherent risks of personal injury, property damage, or even death. Risks include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, animal bites or scratches, allergic reactions, and exposure to weather conditions.

By entering the Fairy Tale Farm, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and waive any claims for personal injury or property damage arising from such activities, whether caused by the negligence of Magical Mountain Resorts, its employees, agents, contractors, or otherwise.

Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being granted access to the Fairy Tale Farm and other attractions at Magical Mountain Resorts, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Magical Mountain Resorts, its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and all affiliated organizations from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property loss or damage arising out of your participation in any activities on the premises.

You also waive any claims against Magical Mountain Resorts and its affiliates related to accidents, injuries, or damages sustained while participating in the Fairy Tale Farm experience, including those resulting from negligence or wrongful conduct of the above-referenced parties.

Medical Treatment
You consent to receive medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during your visit to Fairy Tale Farm. You understand that Magical Mountain Resorts is not responsible for any medical expenses that may arise from such treatment.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor guest, you give permission for emergency medical treatment to be administered to the minor in the event of an injury or illness.

Code of Conduct
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, you agree to comply with all posted rules, policies, and instructions provided by Fairy Tale Farm staff. You agree not to engage in any behavior that could endanger yourself, others, or the animals at the farm. Failure to follow instructions or rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Animals
Fairy Tale Farm features a variety of animals, including but not limited to Patagonia cavy, goats, pigs, mini horses, and a mini donkey. While these animals are generally well-behaved, there is always a risk of being bitten, scratched, or otherwise injured.

By entering the farm, you acknowledge this risk and agree to exercise caution when interacting with the animals.
Do not feed or approach the animals without supervision from staff, and follow all guidelines for interaction.

Photography and Media Release
You grant Magical Mountain Resorts the right to take photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of you and your party during your visit to the Fairy Tale Farm. These media may be used for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation to you.

Weather and Environmental Risks
Fairy Tale Farm is an outdoor experience subject to weather conditions. You understand that weather-related delays, cancellations, or changes to the schedule may occur. It is your responsibility to dress appropriately for the weather and bring any necessary gear such as sunscreen, hats, or rain gear.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Magical Mountain Resorts. In the case of cancellations or changes due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or a refund at the discretion of the management.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magical Mountain Resorts is located. Any legal action related to this waiver shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
