LillieSeptember 8, 2024Such a cool space within such a unique and cool place. The grounds are a total experience, and the cabin is exactly as pictured! So much effort went into every single detail of the entire experience! The animals on the premises were so fun! The swings and hammocks right by the creek and the many more extras all around were so well thought out! Don’t want to spoil the whole experience, but trust me - you won’t be disappointed! MaryAugust 10, 2024This was our second stay at Caretakers Cabin. Staff were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked but we loved the Blackstone grill. We had the honor of welcoming the goats and pigs. Can’t wait to see the farm grow.Posted on Airbnb
JamieAugust 4, 2024The cabin was absolutely adorable. So many unexpected magical touches! Just two things to note for future travelers: - Please be careful while going down the loft stairs at night. Even with the torch lights on, the last step seems to blend into the floor below, so you might miss it while going down or stub your toe while going up.- The beds in the lofts are platform beds tucked into the eaves. We think the larger one is a double and the smaller one is a twin. Just be aware if you are a larger person, so you aren't cramped or bonk your head.The cabin was absolutely great and well appointed. Shannon and her team made us feel at home and were always prompt in helping with our needs. They gave us a tour of the other cabins and the kids loved the entire vacation. KaylaJune 27, 2024Staying at the Caretaker's Cabin was magical in every single way! There were so many details to discover, we felt like we were transported straight into the world of Harry Potter! Nicole, Nick, Shannon, and Devon were all extremely friendly and accommodating. They responded to any messages immediately and met all of our needs! Our family of four stayed here, my kids said it was our best vacation ever! We visited nearby Lake Chatuge, but could have spent the entire time on the camp ground alone. The creek area is beautiful, especially at night! We loved playing in the water, catching lightning bugs, seeing the place come to life with all the lights at night, playing games together, etc. We would definitely stay here again!!
